Dear Scott,

The pondless waterfall you created for us has been an absolute delight. We were very impressed and pleased with the expert installation, especially with your ability to demolish the existing water feature that was such a failure.

How you managed the removal and reconstruction in such tight quarters, and without disturbing any of our extensive landscaping, I will never know. Your efforts to reclaim rock from the old pond saved us quite a bit on costs for replacement.

The waterfall has been running now for about three months, and we have had no problems with it whatsoever.

As you know I was concerned about letting it run in freezing temperatures. You assured me that it would be no problem. You were right. It looks interesting when ice forms on the rock, and it becomes even more dynamic as the ice melts.

My neighbors have all told me they find the sound made by the rushing water to be very relaxing. Several of them sat on their decks most warm nights to listen to it, and there is even one who comes out in the cold to hear it.

We are writing this letter in reference to Scott and Cindy Foreman of Soothing Waters.

Recently, we installed a 20-foot stream leading into a 10 x 13 foot pond using the Aquascapes kit. We had been researching different brands and types of ponds for a number of months and after meeting a few times with Scott, we decided to use Aquascapes.

We met a couple of times with Scott regarding estimates and plans and he was always very prompt and courteous. They arrived on time for our installation and both the stream and pond were completed on time and they stayed late into the evening until the pond was filled to make sure that there were no leaks or low spots. What we really appreciated was the fact that they took their time placing stones to make sure that they were just the "right fit" to give the stream and pond the "natural look".

Since the installation, they have phoned us and visited to ensure that we have not had any problems and it has been very easy to contact them with questions, which they also respond to in a timely manner. They are very professional and courteous.

We would highly recommend them for installation of streams and ponds.
